Your room
Welcome to your new home! It has everything you need for a happy and productive life as a student.
Our spacious en suite studio-style rooms have plenty of space for studying and relaxing. You get a double bed, bedside tables, USB charging point, desk, chair, wardrobe and TV.
Modern cluster layout
Our 34 rooms are spread across three floors and arranged into five clusters, each with its own kitchen and chillout zone.
Get in early with a group booking and you can all live together in a cluster, with your friends right next door.
New Super-Fast Wi-Fi
New for the 25/26 term blazing-fast Wi-fi across the building. Up late working on a deadline your Wi-fi will be right there with you. Ensuring your streaming, surfing and video calls have zero interruptions.
Shared spaces
Step outside your room and you can chat, play games or just relax in the chillout zone for your cluster, complete with fussball and pool.
We also have shared study spaces, for when you're working on a collaborative project or just feel like working in company.
Head to the kitchen to fix some food or chat over coffee with your fellow students. All kitchen equipment is provided.
There’s also an outdoor garden and seating area for hanging out when the weather’s fine.
Site facilities
We offer superfast Wi-Fi throughout the site, so you can browse, stream or post wherever you want.
For your security, we’ve installed CCTV around the external spaces, and an access key is required to enter the building.
Laundry is all on-site, with eight washer-dryers in a dedicated room.
You also get your own individual mailbox for receiving post.
